What is ALOE?
ALOE - Advanced Learning Online Education is an online provider of continuing education for estheticians and other cosmetology professionals in Texas. All courses are approved by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) and meet the mandatory 4-hour requirement for license renewal.
Courses are delivered through TalentLMS, a secure, easy-to-use platform. Log in from any device and learn at your own pace.

How much does the course cost?
Our 4-hour TDLR-approved course is affordably priced at $24.99. Your tuition includes:
- 1 hour of Sanitation
- 1 hour of Human Trafficking Prevention (required beginning September 1, 2025)
- Mental Health Awareness

- Laws & Rules for estheticians
The price covers the full course, your instant certificate, and ALOE’s direct reporting to TDLR.

Which course should I take?
Texas estheticians must complete 4 hours of CE every two years before renewal. ALOE offers two fully TDLR-approved formats with identical content:

How do I pay?
Pay securely online with any major credit or debit card. After payment, your enrollment is confirmed and you’ll receive a receipt by email.

How do I receive a certificate of completion?
Your certificate is generated instantly when you finish. Download it immediately for your records. ALOE also reports your hours directly to TDLR—no extra uploads required.

How do I check my license status?
- Visit the TDLR License Renewal website.
- Enter your license number and personal information.
- Verify your CE hours have posted.
Note: Completing CE is one step. You must also submit the renewal application and pay the state fee on the TDLR site for your license to renew.
